The New Jobs Created by the Government are Pseudo-jobs, Unemployment Causes Social Harm

Mohammad Ghanbili, in an interview with Caspian International News Agency pointing to the employment situation in the country, stated, “Considering the closure of a large number of factories in various industrial sectors in the country, policies of the Government of Prudence and Hope in the area of job creation have not been effective.

Emphasizing that many provinces are included in the list of unemployed provinces, said, “Gilan is included in this list because of two reasons: first, the high number of its closed factories; second, the high unemployment rate in this province.”
Stating that the closure of factories, downsizing, and firing the workers means increasing unemployment, the member of Supreme Council of Provinces added, “When unemployment rises, at the same time social harms rise too.”
