Asadollah Abasi, in an interview with Caspian International News Agency, referring to the government’s bill about creating 7 free trade zones and 12 special economic zones said, “Economic ports have a strategic arrangement during their developing and dealing with the economic problems.

Stating that the nature and essence of free trade ports is not based on import, said, “These ports should introduce the national production market to the rest of the world.”

The representative of Rudsar and Amlash, noted that some free trade ports in the country do not operate in the framework of their legal obligations and added, “These law violations should be dealt with.”
