Putin: Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran to Discuss Caspian New Projects

The president of Russia said that Moscow, Baku and Tehran will probably discuss the new projects on energy and transportation in the Caspian Sea.

Putin: Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran to Discuss Caspian New Projects

According to Caspian International News Agency, on Monday, Vladimir Putin the president of Russia said, “Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran will probably discuss some new projects on energy and transportation in the Caspian Sea”.

Putin, in a meeting with Ilham Aliyev the president of Azerbaijan, stated, “New projects may exist in the Caspian Sea, such as projects on transportation, energy, and expanding trade and economic relations.”

The trilateral meeting of the presidents of Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan has been held in Baku and the parties agreed on beginning a new series of cooperation in different areas.

In addition, under the agreement of Iran, Russia and Azerbaijan’s heads of states, Iran will be hosting the next trilateral meeting in Tehran.
