According to Caspian International News Agency, Dr. Nobakht praised the assembly’s decision on approving the sixth development program bill, in the studio of IRIB 1 and said, “We have to thank people too because they have elected such an active and wise assembly next to their favorite government.”
Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, appearing in the Studio of IRIB 1 added, “Based on the 1404 prospective, we have to become a developed country, and take the first place in the region in economy and science and technology.”
He added, “1399 is the last year of the sixth program and if we want to achieve that development goal, and rank first economically, we need an average growth of 8 % every year.”
The vice president said, “Based on this, we have identified 15 multi-sectoral and 32 sectoral issues and quantitative goals, policies and enforcement measures are predicted for the years 95-99.”
Nobakht added, “In the past two years, we have prepared more than 7 volumes and 2000 pages of content with the help of academics, the private sector and the experts at the Organization and planning organization. Approving the general provisions for implementing the sixth program in the Islamic assembly shows that this assembly is interested in cooperating with the government.
Answering to the question that what actions the eleventh government is going to take for implementing resistive economy in the first year of the sixth program, he said, “We have designed 24 paragraphs of the resistive economy policies in the format of 12 programs and 120 projects, and every ministry’s responsibilities are defined. We hope that, in the first year of this program, we can create a situation that some advances can be seen and felt in people’s lives.”
