Iranian Ambassador in Armenia Commends Gilani Mountaineer

According to Caspian International News Agency, Yaser Sotudeh the Gilani mountaineer who had managed to climb Mount Aragats, was commended by the Iranian ambassador in Armenia.

Yaser Sotudeh, who lives in Shaft, managed to reach the summit of Aragats (the highest summit in Armenia) after three days, in memory of shrine defender martyrs of Gilan.

In interview with Caspian International News Agency, stating that his goal was to keep the memory of martyrs alive, especially shrine defender martyrs, he said, “All of us are indebted to martyrs and this is the least I could do.”

He also thanked Sajadi, the Iranian ambassador in Armenia and said, “Dr. Sajjadi’s warm welcome heartened me.”
