Caspian International News Agency– Kalin, in his press conference in Ankara has said, “Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the president of Turkey, personally monitors the efforts and necessary actions for stopping the unrest and achieving ceasefire in Allepo, before Eid al-Adha

He added, “Erdogan is going to offer his plan for a ceasefire in Allepo, in the G20 meeting, which is going to take place in China in a few days.”

Sergei Ryabkov, the deputy foreign minister of the Russian Federation, has also announced that Moscow and Washington have approached an agreement about Allepo in Syria.

Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister of Russia, on August 26 and 27, had a 12-hour discussion with John Kerry, his American counterpart about Syria.

At the end of this meeting, the two parties announced that they haven’t reached an agreement and an expert meeting will be held soon.
