Caspian International News Agency-The Russian foreign ministry announced this news today, and added “in this terrorist act committed yesterday, the embassy was shelled; two mortar shells exploded in the courtyard of the building as well as nearby the residential complex of employees.”
In this statement it is said, “In this terrorist act, the building of Russian embassy has been damaged.”
It has been announced that the area which the shell was fired from was Jobar, in the outskirts of Damascus which is under the control of Al-Nusra Front terrorists. After America’s refusal of meeting their commitments on separating the armed groups under Washington’s support from the terrorists, this group has managed to escape repression.
The Russian foreign ministry has announced, “Shelling an embassy is violation of international law, and this act is the result of approaches of a number of countries, namely US, and its allies, which aggravates the Syrian crisis, and supports terrorists.”
