Caspian International News Agency– The Dutch government is going to create a law legalizing suicide in this country.
According to Reuters, The Dutch government was the first country to legalize euthanasia in 2002. According to that law, only people who were terminally ill and there was no hope for their cure would have been allowed to end their lives with the help of a doctor.
On Wednesday, the Dutch government announced that now, healthy people who think they have completed their lives can have assisted suicide.
In a letter to parliament, the health ministers, and the Netherlands’ judiciary have said that the details of this law should be investigated; however, those who believe that their life is completed should be allowed to end it.
