U.S. Has No Plans for Eradicating ISIS; Criticism of Other Parties Failure to Meet Their Commitments in Nuclear Deal

Caspian International News Agency– Ayatollah Khamenei, the supreme leader of Islamic Revolution, in his meeting with Borut Pahor , the president of Slovenia, today afternoon, referring to the bitter and painful incidents in the area, and the role of some powers in imposing the instability and war on nations, stated, “The Islamic Republic of Iran have always asked independent countries to play positive roles in confronting the pressures on nations, and not to be silent watchers.”

Ayatollah Khamenei stated that the brutal conflicts in West Asian countries, and the formation of ISIS terrorist group is the result of interference, and imposition by some powers, and said, “It’s the responsibility of all countries to try to settle these conflicts, and Islamic Republic of Iran is acting with this goal, but does not interfere in the affairs of other countries.”

The leader of Islamic Republic didn’t consider the U.S. anti-ISIS coalition to be successful and explaining the reason of these failures referred to two views, and noted, “Based on the first view, Americans have no plans for eradicating ISIS, and they want to act like the British did regarding Kashmir in the period of colonizing India- resulting in the ongoing conflict of  India and Pakistan until today-and make ISIS to remain unsolved in Iraq and Syria.”

He added, “Based on the second view, Americans wish to settle the ISIS issue, but the mechanisms are not so that they can do it. Of course the results have been the same, and now Iraq and Syria are in very bitter and hard situations”.

Referring to capacities of Iran and Slovenia in increasing the cooperation, Ayatollah Khamenei added, “We hope that the future is a solid proof of today’s talks”.

The supreme leader has also referred to Iran’s fulfilling all the commitments in the nuclear deal, and criticized the failure of the other parties in fulfilling their committees”.
