Caspian International News Agency– U.S. Customs & Border Protection has announced in a statement,”Those people who had been affected by Donald Trump’s executive order since last week, and were banned from traveling to U.S, are now allowed to enter this country.”
Meanwhile, a Federal judge has blocked Trump’s executive order temporarily in all of U.S.
This temporary restraining order which has been issued by James Robart, the federal judge of Seattle, is valid until the comprehensive investigation of the complaint by Bob Fergusen, Washington Attorney General.
Stating that Washington has banned the citizens of Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, and Sudan from entering U.S under the pretext of September 11, 2001 attacks, Rubart has said that none of the citizens of these countries have ever attacked U.S.
He has stressed that Trump’s executive order has to be based on truth not on delusions, so that it can be in accordance with the constitution.
Ferguson has called this a historic decision.
