Caspian International News Agency- Sean Spicer, the White House spokesman, has threatened Iran and has claimed that U.S. has new options against Iran on the table”.
He talked generally about their possible actions against Tehran, but did not offer any explanations about what they’re going to be like?
Daily Telegraph has run the headline, “Donald Trump White House warns Iran ‘there’s a new president in town”to publish the news.
This British newspaper has written, “The White House has issued a warning to Iran that ‘there’s a new president in town’ and it would not ‘sit by’ and allow the country to pursue its military ambitions”.
Accusing Iran of violating the JCPOA, Spicer has said, “This president’s not going to sit by and let Iran flout its violations, or its apparent violations, to the joint agreement, but he will continue to take action as he sees fit”.
This happens while the International Atomic Energy Agency has reported that Iran has been fully committed to the nuclear deal, and it’s not clear what the Americans mean by “violating the JCPOA”.
The White House spokesman stated, “The president has also made clear time and time again that he’s not going to project what those actions will be, and he’s not going to take anything off the table”.
