Caspian International News Agency- According to the documents revealed by Wikileaks yesterday, CIA has succeeded to infect Apple’s MAcBooks with a kind of spyware which won’t be removed even if you reinstall the operating system.
In its second disclosure of the CIA’s hacking tools, WikiLeaks announced that apparently this American intelligence agency has succeeded to infect Apple’s unused iPhones since 2008 by intervening in the distribution network of Apple.
This disclosure was posted after the first one revealed some documents of CIA’s hacking tools on March 9.
Posting these documents has started an investigation regarding how these information leak from CIA and enters WikiLeaks.
The most recent documents focus on how CIA uses Apple’s personal electronic devices for spying on people.
These documents show that in 2012 CIA created a tool called Sonic Screwdriver which can infect the device during the boot process even if the device is password-protected.
